Adrienne - This is amazing. What a fabulous idea! Patrons get the chance to act on their convictions, while drawing attention to banned books.

We've had some fun with Banned Book Week at our library -- see it here: http://www.boingboing.net/2008/10/03/library-celebrates-b.html
The majority of our volunteer readers are teens (they were sooo happy when I was able to add theTwilight series to the Banned Reading selection) who have signed-up to be readers from 4-9pm almost every day since we started on the 27th.
