Las Vegas is Live Entertainment Capital of the World!’  It is well known for its great collection of live entertainment ranging from dancing, singing, acrobatics, and more.’  There’s comedy and drama. There are concerts and guest performers.’  No matter what you’re looking for, there’s something to please all tastes.

Now that you’ve finished planning the business part of your conference trip, start planning the fun with a show or concert. With so many choices, the tough part will be deciding which show(s) to catch. Like Lasvegas.com says, “Anyone worth seeing stops in Vegas. Shouldn’t you?”’  Absolutely!

What? No budget for a show? Well, Las Vegas has great free shows too. You can still have a great time on a budget. Keep in mind times may change. Some shows are dark (closed) for holidays or windy weather.

Free Shows

  • Fountains of Bellagio Water Show (Bellagio) – Performances are every 30 minutes until 7pm, then every 15 minutes until midnight.
  • Botanical Conservatory (Bellagio) – Themes change seasonally, presenting visitors with amazing sites all throughout the year. The Conservatory is open 24 hours.
  • Live Circus Acts (Circus-Circus) – Performances are every 30-45 minutes starting at 11:10 am.
  • Atlantis Show & Aquarium (Caesars Forum Shops) – Every hour on the hour; 11 am to 10 pm (and until 11 am on the weekend).
  • Wildlife Habitat (Flamingo Las Vegas) – The habitat is open from 8 am to dusk.
  • Viva Vision Light & Sound Show (Fremont Street Experience-downtown) – There is a show every hour on the hour starting at 8 pm.
  • “I Lost My M” 3D Movie (M&M’s World) – Every 20 minutes; 10:20 am to 6 pm.
  • Volcano (The Mirage Hotel & Casino) – The volcano erupts every hour on the hour from 7 pm to 11 pm.
  • Salt Water Aquarium (Mirage Hotel & Casino)
  • Miracle Mile Fountain Water Show (Planet Hollywood) – Shows are every hour on the hour starting at noon.
  • Mystic Falls Sunset Stampede Show (Sam’s Town-near Flamingo and Boulder Highway)
  • Lake of Dreams (Wynn) – Shows are every 30 minutes from 7:30 pm to 12:30 am.
